In order to control these variables properly, a trusting relationship is developed between you and greentree. There are two variables that you control directly (creativity and emotion) and two variables that greentree can leverage and sculpt (technology and environment).

There are four phases that greentree will guide you through. Each phase will build upon the other to build the master plan, while each meeting builds and strengthens the relationship and trust between greentree and yourself:
- Initial Consultation
- Conceptual Drawing
- Preliminary Drawing
- Master Plan
With the master plan complete, it is now your choice to schedule its implementation. greentree would be more than happy to complete the entire project, or implement smaller portions of the master plan as time permits.
